Telus avoids $10m non-refundable loan to Mobilicity

Telus Corp. avoided a $10 million, non-refundable loan by backing out of its $380-million deal to acquire Dave Wireless Inc. by a June 10 deadline, said Ted Woodhead, Telus’ senior vice-president of government and regulatory affairs.
