CRTC’s broadband targets elusive in the North: Conference Board

In Canada’s North, access to telecommunications and broadband infrastructure varies by location and “is often vulnerable to bottlenecks and service disruptions, and can be limited by price, income, and available technologies,” the Conference Board of Canada said in a new report.
