The CRTC approved an application by Rogers Broadcasting Ltd. Monday to redirect tangible benefits originally allocated to the establishment of news bureaus in Lethbridge and Red Deer, Alta., to expenditures on new local programming for Citytv stations in Calgary and Edmonton.
