The Department of Innovation, Science, and Economic Development has launched its consultation on the framework for the auction of mmWave spectrum bands, alongside proposed measures to "promote competition, foster innovation and ensure providers use their spectrum in a timely manner," the department announced in a Monday afternoon release.  The auction is planned to take place in 2024 and submissions to the proposed framework are due Sep. 6, with reply comments due a month later on Oct. 7.  “Our government...
