Asia-Pacific region sees highest 2010 mobile growth: ITU

Most of 2010’s mobile growth was in the Asia-Pacific region, which saw mobile subscriptions grow by 490 million to reach 2.6 billion, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) said in new statistics released Wednesday.
