Digital locks emerge in all-candidates debate

Copyright law and the approach to protecting digital locks was a top issue discussed at an all-candidates debate Tuesday in the riding of Kitchener–Waterloo, Ont., Michael Geist, the Canada research chair in Internet and e-commerce at the University of Ottawa, wrote on his blog Wednesday.
