Cogeco Inc. subsidiary Cogeco Diffusion has reached a deal to sell two FM radio stations in the Quebec City region and is working to sell a third in Sherbrooke, Que., the company announced Wednesday.

The Commercial Chamber of the Superior Court of Quebec has granted Prestige Telecom Inc. leave to complete the previously announced sale of “substantially all” of its assets to a company controlled by Thornhill Investments Inc., Prestige announced last week.

Heritage Minister James Moore said Tuesday that the government can’t force CBC/Radio-Canada to disclose information such as broadcaster Peter Mansbridge’s salary.
