Newcap buys two radio stations ahead of Stingray acquisition

The CRTC has approved the acquisition of two Nova Scotia radio stations by Newfoundland Capital Corporation Ltd.
Newcap will buy CKEC-FM and CKEZ-FM New Glasgow from Hector Broadcasting Ltd. for $2.7 million.
