BCE Inc. says it will appeal to the Supreme Court in a case over satellite-TV piracy in which it was ordered to pay $137 million in damages to Quebecor Inc. and its TVA subsidiary in a decision issued Friday. In handing down the ruling, the Quebec Court of Appeal increased the damages from the $1 million award ordered by the Quebec Superior Court in July 2012.
