BCE Inc.'s Bell Media division announced Wednesday it has appointed Mark Finney to the newly created position of vice-president of strategic sales, and several other changes in the executive ranks were announced internally. Bell Media said in a press release that Finney will be in charge of overseeing all English- and French-language sales, marketing and brand partnerships.
