CRTC seeks public opinion in telecom sales practises

The CRTC outlined Monday the details of an online public opinion survey concerning the regulator’s efforts to look into the allegedly unethical sales practises of the country’s telecoms. The information the Commission aims to collect, through online and telephone-based questionnaires, will be submitted into the public record before hearings begin in October, CRTC spokeswoman Patricia Valladao said in an email.
