Deborah Andrews has been named national director, Mentorship Program, of the Canadian Film and Television Producers Association. Andrews has worked with youth organizations for more than 20 years, including Children's Aid Societies, community resource centers and The Door/La Porte. The CFTPA National Mentorship Program offers both the International Intern Program for Canadian Youth and the Production Internship Program for Canadian Youth.
