Critics say cable can carry French-language services, it’s just a matter of priorities

Some people at the CRTC hearing last Wednesday had trouble believing the cable industry’s argument that capacity problems will limit how many French-language channels they can carry outside of Quebec, particularly during their transition from analog to digital.
