Alcatel and 360networks link up to extend cable backbone under Pacific Ocean

Vancouver’s fibre giant 360networks Inc has continued its expansion by moving into the Asian market. Its partner in the venture is Alcatel Networks Corp, a network builder that has also seen its business burst beyond its borders.
