United Telecom Council heads north with creation of Canadian sections

As expected, the United Telecom Council (UTC) has decided to expand its operations to include Canadian electrical utilities among its membership ranks. The Washington DC-based lobby group voted at its board meeting in late October to set up two new divisions, one representing eastern Canada and one representing western Canada.
