Use of three-digit codes for specialized services being studied by commission

Applications from groups like the United Way and the Canadian Institute for the Blind (CNIB) for new N11 codes has prompted a CRTC review of how the remaining codes should be allocated. About half of the codes are still available, and the commission is seeking public input on how best to use them.
