Gov’t clears way for Star Choice, ExpressVu to launch two-way Internet in 2004

Industry Canada has taken a major step in ensuring the government’s 2004 broadband deadline is met with its decision to grant a BCE Inc subsidiary, and a company owned by Shaw Communications Inc, approval to launch the country’s first Internet satellites.
