Mitec Telecom Inc has acquired a Swedish wireless component manufacturer to beef up production capabilities in Europe. Company executives say the merger with BEVE Invest AB will put the combined entity in a better position to land more business on the other side of the Atlantic and address a growing global demand for wireless infrastructure products.
