ANADIGICS wins orders for amplifier modulesANADIGICS Inc has received orders for two of their CDMA power amplifier modules from a handset manufacturer. Motorola unveils three new CDMA cell phonesMotorola Canada Ltd is introducing three new CDMA cell phones.
