PCNet International buys Nanaimo ISPPCNet International Inc of Victoria has purchased Brand & Associates Inc, an ISP in Nanaimo BC. PCNet offers connectivity services to customers from British Columbia to Ontario. Brand’s annual revenues are estimated at $550,000. Altus wins contract from WorldCom Brazilian affiliateAltus Solutions Inc is selling its network management software to Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicacoes. Embratel will use the product to process its SS7 traffic. Embratel, a subsidiary of WorldCom, owns the only fibre optics network in Brazil offering voice, data and IP services.
