Wi-LAN Inc of Calgary has made two major executive and board level changes. The company's CFO Peter Kinash has left to pursue other interests and will be replaced by Steve Bellamy who held the same position at UC Wireless, a subsidiary of the Calgary-based company, since 1998. Bellamy has more than 20 years experience in financial operations both in North America and Europe with a particular strength in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and cash management. Additionally, Michel Fattouche, chair and CEO at Cell-Loc Inc, has stepped down from the board of directors in order to spend more time on his responsibilities at Cell-Loc.
