Steven Pasternak has joined Fireworks Entertainment in the newly created position of general counsel and will be charged with running the various legal divisions of the company. He joins the company from the law firm Hall Pasternak where he provided outside counsel to Fireworks. John Robinson has decided to step down from his position of senior VP of business and legal affairs, a posting he held since joining the company in 1997 from Alliance Communications.
