Though under strict confidentiality agreements, co-CEO Alistair Mitchell says the company has had discussions with both the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and the Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency, and with partners Universal Music and EMI that will allow the company to offer music-on-demand in an interactive fashion.
