Cable association latest body to urge dramatic changes to CRTC structure

The call for reform of the CRTC is getting louder as the main lobby group for cable operators laid out its proposals for changing the regulator. The Canadian Cable Television Association (CCTA) introduced its package at a February 19 appearance before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage, which is conducting a review of the broadcasting system.
