BCE Inc. has made more changes in the executive suite. Pierre Blouin has been named EVP of the corporation but will continue as CEO of Bell Mobility. He will be assisted at the wireless firm by new president/COO Michael Neuman. Neuman had been EVP of Teleglobe and was the founding CEO of Bell ExpressVu.
