News | April 16, 2002

The Montreal-based company acquired the vast array of licences previously held by the now-defunct Stream Intelligent Networks Corp. last month, but needs regulatory approval to gain control of the spectrum (RoW Update, Feb. 26/02 and RoW, April 3/02).
