Cygnal Technologies has appointed Bryan Hills VP shared services, effective immediately. He will be responsible for day-to-day corporate and administrative services of the company, including accounting, treasury facilities and information technology. Hills’ first task will be to oversee the installation of a corporate-wide enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, as well as other productivity improvement and cost-savings initiatives. He has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience having held senior financial and operations positions at Mobile Computing Corp., S&P Data Corp., Geotek Communications Canada, Bell Mobility Paging, among others.
