Star Choice applies for licence amendment that would allow it to bulk bill in MUDs

News | 08/15/2002 4:00 am EDT

Star Choice Inc. has applied to the CRTC for a licence amendment that would allow it to bulk bill customers in multiple-unit dwellings (MUDs).
