A small Toronto startup is preparing to tackle the nascent MPEG-4 market with a specialty television station broadcast via the EutelSat Open Skies platform. The company, TVHello, hopes to be on air by this summer, though timing isn’t nailed down at this point. TVHello has already won use of an 18 GHz frequency from Industry Canada to send its signal from its Toronto facilities to a Hamilton uplink station.
