The National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) Canada Inc. has retained Temple Scott Associates Inc.'s Steven Schumann as a federal lobbyist. Schumann will be working in the areas of the Privacy Act and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act to push for standards and processes in the destruction of paper documents. NAID's Canadian members are a collection of mostly shredding companies.
