William Kerr has been appointed CFO at Nortel Networks Corp. on an interim basis in the wake of Douglas Beatty being put on paid leave of absence pending completion of an independent review of the company’s financial statements. Also on leave is Michael Gollogly, controller, who has been replaced on a temporary basis by MaryAnne Pahapill.
