Don Mazankowski has been nominated by the Shaw Communications board of directors as lead director. The lead director is an outside and unrelated director appointed by the board of directors. Mazankowski was a member of Parliament from 1968 to 1993. He has been a director of Shaw since 1993 and is currently chair of the corporate governance committee of the board.
