FCC decision on 800 MHz swap not set in stone
Not-so-quiet rumours are circulating south of the border that the Federal Communications Commission’s decision to swap 1900 MHz of government-owned spectrum for 800 MHz spectrum licences owned by Nextel Communications can’t yet be considered a done deal.
