Dennis Béland, director of regulatory affairs at Microcell Solutions Inc. is leaving the wireless operator after eight years of service. The week of July 12 is his last. He will be joining the regulatory department of Quebecor Media Inc. There, he will be working on telecommunications-related matters primarily for Vidéotron Telecom ltée. There has been no word on a replacement for Béland.
