William (Bill) Rainey becomes president of Vonage Canada. In the newly created position, he reports directly to Jeffrey Citron, chair and CEO of parent company Vonage Holdings Corp. Rainey is responsible for the development, execution and expansion of Vonage’s Canadian service offerings. Previously, he was senior VP of commercial services at Group Telecom, and has worked in executive and management roles with TELUS Corp.
