Claude Galipeau has been appointed to the newly-created position of executive director of digital programming and business development at the CBC. This is a new programming and business division for CBC’s English services. Galipeau will oversee the continuing growth and development and new and established digital programming and services, and fostering business development activities for all CBC platforms. At the same time, Sue Gardner has been appointed senior director of CBC.ca. Gardner has been with the CBC since 2000.
