Sara Diamond will, effective July 1, join the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) as president. Diamond is well known in the Canadian new media industry as artistic director of the Banff New Media Institute, which she founded in 1996. She is also leaving The Banff Centre as director of research. Current president of OCAD Ron Shuebrook completes his term at the same time, and will begin a one-year sabbatical.
