The notion of a sharing group, an alliance expressly for the purpose of negotiating group discounts from telecom suppliers, would seem to make a great deal of sense to telecom users. Each member saves on its telecom services costs because the group can negotiate larger discounts than members can on their own. And the organization administering the group takes on the burden of supplier management.
