Richard Zhang, president of CEC Mobile, has been appointed to Contec Innovations’ advisory committee. He will be based in Beijing, China. The announcement comes as Contec inks a memorandum of understanding with the China unit of a major telecommunication infrastructure company to evaluate the potential to market Contec’s Hornet product. CEC Mobile is a unit of CEC Group, a company that designs, assembles and markets mobile handsets to the Chinese market.
