Industry Canada tells Bell-Rogers to comply with spectrum aggregation limit

Canada’s spectrum regulatory has told Bell Canada and Rogers Wireless that they have to comply with spectrum cap rules following the two companies’ decision to pool 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz in Inukshuk Internet Inc. The following is the letter Industry Canada sent to the two companies.
