Ledcor principles under scrutiny in Rogers and New Brunswick dispute

Rogers Communications Inc.and the Province of New Brun-swick continue to spar over the applicability of the Ledcor principles – which stem from the January 2001 Decision 2001-23 – in a dispute over access to provincial highway right-of-ways (NL, Jan. 29/01).
