Broadcasters question new CRTC service standards when old ones weren’t met

It’s a road the CRTC has been down twice before in the past six years, but the commission’s newly appointed chief of broadcasting and telecommunications says the regulator’s latest effort to address service standards and turnaround times on paperwork will be different.
