Department sets rules for fixed and mobile services in channels 2 to 59

Industry Canada has set the rules for allowing the deployment of fixed and mobile wireless services in analog TV channels two to 59, but according to a representative from Canada’s wireless industry lobby group, it’s not yet clear where services can be implemented and how the licensing process is going to work.
