Intrinsyc Software International Inc. has appointed Glenda Dorchak as its new CEO and will take a seat on the board of directors, succeeding Derek Spratt. She comes to Intrinsyc from Intel Corp. and has 30 years experience in the technology industry. Dorchak began her career at IBM Canada and spent more than 20 years with the firm in Canada and the United States.
