ICT should be higher on government agenda: business groups

Three prominent business and industry groups have told the federal government that the adoption of information and communications technologies (ICTs) should be a higher priority. The message came in response to Industry Canada’s proposed Policy Direction to the CRTC, which calls for increased reliance on market forces in the telecommunications industry.
