Rebalance users’ rights with creators’: Telus CEO tells Ottawa businesses

In an October 18 speech at the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, Telus Corp. CEO Darren Entwistle said it’s time for a "regulatory revolution" to go with the digital revolution.
