Nortel Networks Corp. has made two appointments recently. Ellen Bovarnick has been named VP, lean Six Sigma and global quality, effective October 30. She will lead the company’s implementation of Six Sigma and will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, driving process improvements, and establishing corporate quality standards, goals and programs.
