Lionel Dodd has been named chairman of the board of Infowave Software Inc. Dodd has served as a director of more than 20 Canadian and US public and private companies. He currently servers on the board of directors of Pope & Talbot Inc., Xantrex Technology Inc. and International Absorbents Inc., and has formerly served as the president and CEO of both Versacold Corp. in Vancouver and GW Utilities in Toronto. Infowave also announced that Gregg Thompson has resigned form the board, where he held a seat since November 2005.
