Research In Motion Ltd. (RIM) announced that Rogers Wireless Inc. plans to carry the new BlackBerry 8800. A consumer-friendly handset from a traditionally business-minded manufacturer, it includes voice, email, texting and Web-search functions, GPS and BlackBerry Maps, a media player and expandable memory.
