Rogers Offers New Business Tools

Rogers Wireless Inc. has unveiled Call Manager for businesses. Based on Call Manager for consumers, the new iteration lets companies control handset usage by time of day, day of week, area code and phone number. The rules are configured online, and rule exceptions can be programmed. The service is $5 per month. The product coincides with a growing concern among businesses that wireless services are too complex to manage.
